Cliche of The Rain

I made this lyric on March, 24, 2009. Still my favorite among the other that i made. I made this lyric in total imagination. There was no other people's story that inspire me to write such thing. I fantasized, there is a man which have been parted with his woman for long time. Years passed, the date when the woman left has been repeated all over again and every time the date come, he feel the exactly the same deep sorrow like he experienced on the day the woman left. Under such excruciating pain, his wish never change, to see and hold her woman again. So this song is sung on the date when the woman left as pictured in the line 'Today is the day when you left me, another day of sorrow..."

But apparently, when i showed this poem to my friend, well, we can say he's obsessed to this lyric. He said these words have great meanings to his life, an old life he had left.

So, me and my best pal had a dream together to make a song from this lyric.

After one year and a half, here it is.

The Lone Wolf

the winter is about to start

startled by the presence of stars enmeshed around

so fierce until it heard like a cry

so red until it looked like it was burned

all of this time he could have been missing her

Broken Hearted Note : The Fall of Germany

Last night was a nightmare for me. Germany lose against Spain on semifinal of World Cup 2010. It was a like a repetition of Euro 2008 final when Germany also lose against Spain by one goal to nil.

Hell, i can't say much, but it was really hell. I have no idea, the German youngsters did not play like it supposed to be, creative and imaginative like when they decimate Australia 4 - 0, England 4 -1 and Argentina 4 - 0. On the other hand, i have to admit, the Spaniard played pretty well with the ball, controlling possession, feet to feet passes, and they just able to lock the Germans inside their own defense area!

But it was hell of a fine match. Less speed and technique, but highly tactical. What made it more special, there were very little number of foul and no yellow card! I say that was a very clean and sportive game, and Spain goes out as the winner.

Germany still got their chance on Euro 2012 and World Cup 2014. There are still plenty of chance for this youngsters to seize glory. Congratulations for the Spaniard, the supporters, and the players, especially Charles Puyol, the only goal scorer that book one spot in the final match agaisnt the Dutch.

Here i will present German trail on World Cup 2010 starting from big 16.

And this is it, the day when Germany have to crumble again to the might of Spaniard



Again, another lost in the semifinal. In World Cup 2006, Germany also lost in semifinal but managed to finish in the third place as a consolation prize. So Germany will go to Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth to meet Uruguay to fight for the third place. While Spain will proceed to Soccer City Stadium in Johannesburg to encounter Netherlands in the grandfinal of World Cup 2010. Whoever wins, there will be a new champion of World Cup, a team that has never win a World Cup before.

Frankly, i hope the Dutch can beat the Spaniard.

But still, though defeat taste so bitter, I'm still a proud fans of German Football Club and will always be a proud fans of German Football Club.

World Cup 2010

It's the year of 2010, buddy.

Four years has passed since the Italian seize the glory in Germany and took the Julies Rimet trophy home.

Now, the war shall rages anew.

It's time for Africa!

Yeah, for the very first time, World Cup takes place in Africa. A pride for the African nations, indeed.

32 nations are ready to compete and show their best performance in order to win the most popular competition on Earth.

Well, i know, I'm kinda late about this one, cause it has already started! 18 match has been played and overall, it's boring! Yes, a very boring world cup! Why? Okay then, quick summary.

The opening match was between the host of the party, South Africa versus Mexico. Quite interesting, cause i was hoping South Africa can do much to retaliate Mexico to show the world that Africa got some 'balls', and they did! South African midfielder, Siphiwe Tshabalala, scored the first goal in World Cup 2010 in the minute of 55. 1 - 0 for South Africa. I was happy, then. But, eventually, they were unable to survive Mexican assault, on the minute of 79, Rafael Marquez brought Mexico to the equal level. After this match, i was still okay, no negative perspective upon the competition.

But then, i don't know what kind of curse that is actually occurring in South Africa, but every match always ended up with less goal. Take a look at this picture.

You see that? Only Germany (which is my favorite team) can make a good winning with plenty of goals. Look at the other match, it was either a draw or a slight winning with one goal leading. What a shame, what a boring world cup.

It is said that the cause of this goal lacking is the official ball of World Cup 2010, Jabulani.

It is believed that Jabulani is too light for a football game. Therefore, players, especially, goalkeepers find it hard to control the ball. When shot, the ball fly not to the right direction. It has make strikers such as Uche (Nigeria), Diego Forlan (Uruguay) who has decent chance to score a goal failed to finish their job. The impact also effect the goalkeepers performance, the goalkeepers have to work extra hard to save the ball. There are already two goalkeepers that has become the victim of Jabulani lightness, Robert Green (England) and Faouzi Chaouchi (Algeria) had to conceded a goal because of their fiasco to catch the ball properly. It is an ironic fact knowing FIFA from World Cup 2002 keep on trying to make a lighter ball for one objective, more goals.

Fortunately, on the last two match, we had a very attractive football to see.

Perhaps these football players just not yet used to the ball. Hope we can see more world class show from these teams, though I'm quite sad to see this actually. The Third World (Africa and Asia) still cannot catch up with the western counterpart, huh? Well, i do hope much for the other African and Asian team. Oh yeah, the match between Nigeria vs Greece is underway! and Nigeria leading by a goal to nil.

So, who will get this prestigious trophy?

Well, for me, i hope it will be Asian or African team this time. It's time for the Third World to rise and show the world they got power and strength for glory. If it's not them, then i hope it will be Germany.

Her Birthday Present

still can't sleep, so i shall waste my time here till i feel sleepy.

on 21 of May 2010, my girlfriend had her 18th birthday. I haven't tell you about her? okay. this is her.

Wow, it's been a long time.

Wow! been a long time not doing anything with this stuff.

okay, quick summary : on 22 of May i had a test named UMB (Ujian Masuk Bersama).

The participant card, more or less.

This is my second chance to break into University of Indonesia. Yes, i failed to reach the target on the first test, SIMAK (Seleksi Masuk Universitas Indonesia). This time, i come up with a more prepared matter, a better strategy, and a lower grade of major, Economics (my first ambition was International Relationship, dream has turned into ashes, lads). So i did the test quite well and would prefer not to check my answer with the key! (last time i checked my answer with the key, i didn't make it). Then, i waited until the day of judgment come, it is on 8 of June.

But, actually, i felt as if i was waiting for nothing, i even forgot the announcement date. Days goes by very fast and until people start chattering about the test, i finally remember.

The day has come, dude! June the 8th!
and the result is. . . . . . .


yeah! praise the God! i made it! the dream finally come true, gentlemen.

but, the struggle isn't over yet. It's not just about entering it, it's also about surviving inside of it. Economics, never an easy thing, dude. Got to study hard to catch up with my inferiority in mathematics.

So, buddy, or whoever read this blog, I'm begging you, pray for my success in here. I can't repay you well, but i hope God will. Your prayer wiill be a great contribution to my life. Thanks :)

back again.

on April, 30, 2010 until May, 2, 2010, i am back!
back as a debater. back into the debate life.

has bring me fame and money, of course.

i participated in E-Party 2010 in SMAN 1 Tangerang

this is my third times to join the competition. for three years in a row, i'm always there on E-Party.

on my first experience, luck was not on my side. i lose on the quarter final. the second year, it was better. i approached the competition with two of my juniors. we made it to semifinal, but sadly, i had to meet with Albert, Canisius College debater who was damn good. i beat him on preliminary round, but record shows that Canisius College always wins against us on crucial match such as quarter, semi, and final. Here's the complete head to head.
1. EDC 2009 SMAN 1 Depok, preliminary round : Cisauk prevail.
2. ED.Com 2009 SMAN 14 Jakarta, preliminary round : Cisauk prevail.
3. Pride UPH 2009, preliminary round : very close debate, Canisius prevail.
4. Pride UPH 2009, preliminary round : Cisauk prevail with the winning of 7 margin.
5. Pride UPH 2009, final round : Canisius prevail. (see that?)
6. ALSA FHUI 2009, preliminary round : Canisius prevail. (we had to win the match in order to break)
7. E-Party SMAN 1 Tangerang 2009, preliminary round : Cisauk prevail.
8. E-Party SMAN 1 Tangerang 2009, preliminary round : Cisauk prevail.
9. E-Party SMAN 1 Tangerang 2009, preliminary round : Cisauk prevail.
10. E-Party SMAN 1 Tangerang 2009, preliminary round : Cisauk prevail.
11. E-Party SMAN 1 Tangerang 2009, quarter final : Canisius prevail, thus sending one of our team back home with empty hand.

That makes 7 winnings for Cisauk and 4 winnings for Canisius.

And the it happened again, we lose. By the end of the day, we won the second runner up. That was my last debate as a sophomore. That makes the last point of head to head :

12. E-Party SMAN 1 Tangerang 2009, semifinal round : Canisius prevail, thus blowing our dream to win the day.

therefore, the accumulated winnings for Canisius is 5.

now, it's 2010! it's senior year in high school. it's been a year not meeting Albert on the battlefield. The opportunity for redemption is on E-Party 2010! i can't afford to lengthen the bad history! I must win the day!

but. . . . . . . .

blast it, the curse isn't over yet.

we didn't meet on preliminary round, quarter, or semi, this time, on final round, we lose agaisn't Albert with split decision of 4 vs 3 from the adjudicators. zoom at the 4 vs 3 split part. pretty close huh? or should i say extremely close?

that makes this :

13. E-Party SMAN 1 Tangerang 2010, final round : Canisius prevail, thus forcing us to be satisfied with the title runner up.

and this : the winnings number for Canisius is 6. So it's 7 vs 6. One more victory for Canisius and we're even! i really hope my juniors can do something about it.

but anyway, that was a great competition, thanks for Sindhu, Benny, Emil, the other committee member, my partner, Suci and Fiski, and the last, salute for Albert, Febrian and Dani for winning the competition two years in a row!

That perhaps would be my last debate on high school and my last cooperation with my partner, fiski. I really hope next year, we will encounter again in the opposite bench. YEAH!

I just made it

I just made it.

the announcement is out and now I'm officially graduated from senior high.

how relieved i am.

i would like to convey my deepest gratitude to all of you who have supported me and prayed for me back in the past.

for now, i can breathe a little bit fresh air.

but bigger challenge awaits.

have to rise again and fight.

now it's about yellow or blue.

and i will die to get yellow.
